Can I just say that Jorma is the cutest ever? I only dorked out around him. I asked him for a hug and he’s like SURE, LET’S DOCUMENT IT! I also told him that I love his brother (I couldn’t NOT say something about Asa, c’mon). He was like, “Oh, have you met him?” Hahaha. He also said he (Asa) was a cooler, more awesome, condensed version of himself. Goddamn I love those Taccone boys.

omgstephanie and I (that’s me up there, chelseabell) met the Dudes after the Taylor Swift SNL episode (I had tickets to the rehearsal — it was magic). I don’t want to post/reblog Stephanie’s photo with him without her permission, but I bet it’ll be up soon (or you can look on her actual page — and add her while you’re at it because she’s pretty awesome). Also, it’s safe to say that he’s the greatest.

The MacGruber synopsis!

Only one American hero has earned the rank of Green Beret, Navy SEAL and Army Ranger. Just one operative has been awarded 16 purple hearts, 3 Congressional Medals of Honor and 7 presidential medals of bravery. And only one guy is man enough to still sport a mullet.

In the 10 years since his fiancée was killed, special op MacGruber has sworn off a life of fighting crime with his bare hands. But when he learns that his country needs him to find a nuclear warhead that’s been stolen by his sworn enemy, Dieter Von Cunth (Val Kilmer), MacGruber figures he’s the only one tough enough for the job.

Assembling an elite team of experts-Lt. Dixon Piper (Ryan Phillippe) and Vicki St. Elmo (Kristen Wiig)-MacGruber will navigate an army of assassins to hunt down Cunth and bring him to justice. My favorite part of SNL these days has been all the science fiction shorts, so when is Laser Cats getting a movie? MacGruber has a movie…I feel like it’s justified.

I would love to do a Laser Cats movie. Yeah, maybe… I feel like Macgruber is a little bit more of a hit than Laser Cats is. Andy [Samberg] Akiva [Schaffer] and Jorma [Taccone] really find that so funny. And that’s what’s great about doing that, you really get a sense of the four of us just making each other laugh at how dumb it is. Because we all grew up making videos. What makes Laser Cats so funny to me is the idea that it’s being presented to Lorne Michaels each week, and we actually think it’s so good. The Steve Martin one was a lot of fun, where Steve Martin is totally into it like “hey look at this video I made, and it’s total shit.” Yeah we love doing that.
